Common questions

How do refunds work?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in, pick the purchase, and choose a reason. Apple makes the decision, usually within a day or two.

What data do your apps collect?

None that reaches us. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs; processing happens on your device. The full details are in our privacy policy.

How do I manage my Bowerbird Pro subscription?

Bowerbird Pro is billed by Apple, so it lives in your App Store account: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can switch plans or cancel there at any time, and a cancelled subscription runs until the end of the period you already paid for. The free tier keeps working either way — your decks and history stay on your device.

Can I join a beta?

Yes — each app opens a TestFlight round before launch. Email support@fxjima.com with the app's name in the subject and we'll add you when invites go out.

I found a bug — what should I include?

The app's name, your device model, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots or screen recordings are gold. Every report is read by the developer who wrote the code.

Can I request a feature?

Please do. The best ideas in these apps come from exactly this kind of email. No promises on timing, but everything gets considered.

App-specific help

Operand and Bowerbird are on the App Store now — Operand, Bowerbird. Paydar and Quietfall have pages of their own while they're still being built. A full guide for each app arrives as it matures — until then, this inbox is the manual.

Wondering about your data? The short answer: we don't collect any. The long answer lives in the privacy policy.
